Highly Successful But Still Unhappy: What is the Root of This and When Will I Ever Be Happy?

Justin Kan is an American internet entrepreneur and investor who co-founded the law-tech company Atrium where he served as CEO. He is the co-founder of live video platforms Justin.tv and Twitch, as well as the mobile social video application Socialcam. He also graduated from Yale University.

Yes he is destined to make it and is brilliant that's why he went to Yale. However not everyone who went to Ivy Leagues are smart or will end up losers and broken. There is a harsh variable called life. Now to give you my perspective on why successful multimillionaires are still unhappy even after reaching a pinnacle of success and doing something most will never do.

Happiness is a statement of mind and is not forever. That is something everyone will eventually have to accept with time. Even in the high life. You think having a certain body will make you happy. Having a lot of gorgeous women will make you happy. Having strength or whatever item or milestone you want to eventually reach will make you happy. But once you get there or reach your pinnacle, what's next?

I seldom find any lifter with a lot of strength, physiques money can't buy or some will die for, or that hot significant other who are truly that happy. Most of them are generally unhappy people with few who are truly upbeat. Some have demons or bad things happen to them like everyone else but some to a bad degree. Some people haven't made peace with their past. Or simply some people what they do is never going to measure up because they have a warped sense of success and are forever inadequate.

Simple Mindset to Combat the Feeling of Inadequacy and the Suck:

This is why as you are on the journey to reach ultimate form and happiness remember where you started and be happy you have the privilege to continue to improve and do what you are blessed to do.

Easier said than done. Work on your emotional integrity. Also realize you are human you will slip and mess up and give in to your unhappiness. That's okay. This is when you rough it out until better days to come. Also if this read helped you God bless you. Better yet God bless me.

Otherwise and still recommended get a positive support system, an outlet, and therapy as therapists are hired to talk out your issues. A good therapist who understands you.
