A 700lb sumo deadlift can deadlift 550lbs to 600lbs ish conventional with training.
An 1 incher 500lbs raw bencher still can bench 405lbs plus full rom minimal arch with training.
Even holding 500lbs and moving it takes strength.
Plus you can just be a monkey man built to deadlift heavy weights.
Or an upper body gorilla who can press heavy weights and has the punching power of Mike Tyson and Tank Abbott.
With legs as strong as your upper body.
Still insanely strong overall the upper body guys and the monkey pull people are still strong dudes and possibly more athletic and well rounded but not the same
